Transfer your cryptocurrencies to your bank account
With CoinPay, you can exchange your digital assets for fiat money and send the funds to bank accounts in different countries easily from any of the balances available in your wallet.
Although you send the money from one country to another, the funds are delivered as a local bank transfer in the recipient's country, using the payment systems available in each country. This allows transfers to be faster, more efficient, and with lower costs compared to traditional methods.
CoinPay uses international payment infrastructure and virtual accounts assigned to your user within the CoinPay payment network, enabling local transfers across multiple jurisdictions.
Supported Currencies
Transfers can be sent to bank accounts in different currencies, including:

Brazilian reals The system will always display the applicable fees and conversions before confirming the transaction.
Limits and Availability
In most of the available countries, there are no limits for sending transfers through the local methods we offer.
In Costa Rica, there may be operational limitations for local transfers; the system will display the details if any apply.
For high-value transfers, CoinPay can also process payments through the SWIFT system to any financial institution or bank. Likewise, SWIFT can be used to send funds to countries that are not included in the list of local transfers available on the platform.
How to make a bank transfer?
Connect your digital assets with your bank account.
Go to your wallet, select your preferred currency, enter the Bank Withdrawals option and choose the country where you want to send the withdrawal.
Select the method you will use to apply the withdrawal to your bank, add the requested information, and confirm your bank account details.
Enter the amount to send and confirm the transaction to complete it. The system will notify you once the transaction has been processed.

1. Obtain your receiving instructions
To receive transfers from other countries, you must first have the receiving instructions corresponding to CoinPay Global Services.Currently, these instructions are sent by email to the address registered in your CoinPay account. If you have not yet received them, you can request them by contacting our support team.
2. Share the instructions with the person who will send the funds

3. Transfer initiation confirmation
Once the transfer is made, you may receive an email informing you that the transfer has been initiated. Processing times will depend on the banking system used in the country of origin.4. Transfer notification
While we complete the automatic integration of Global Services, received transfers must be temporarily registered within your CoinPay account.
How to submit an international transfer notification?
Once the funds are received through the banking network, the CoinPay.cr team will proceed to approve the transaction according to the corresponding processing times.
Sign in and go to the Wallet option.
From your wallet, select the fiat currency you will receive. In the Receive option, choose the country of origin of the bank from which you made the deposit and complete the requested information.
Once the deposit notification has been created, the deposit will be confirmed and, after approval, the amount will be credited to your wallet.
